Our company’s primary concern is and always will be the safety of children. To that end, Only Hearts Club® works diligently to ensure its products meet all safety regulations set forth by the United States government and the European Union regulatory agencies. All of our products are tested during the manufacturing process, both internally as well as by independent testing labs, to meet or exceed United States and European regulatory safety standards and requirements.
Additionally, as Only Hearts Club® products are unique, specialty toys, we work with factories that are compliant with International Council of Toy Industries (ICTI) standards, an international industry association committed to the promotion of toy safety standards.
Our website complies with the Children’s Online Privacy Protection Act (COPPA), and our company is a member of the Children’s Advertising Review Unit (CARU), which promotes responsible children’s advertising.
