Thank you for your interest in becoming a member of the Only Hearts Club! As you know, the Only Hearts Club® was formed by a group of girls who made a promise to each other to "listen to your heart and do the right thing." They realized that the world would be a much better place if everyone was considerate of other people's feelings and tried to do something nice for someone else. Now you can become a part of this Club and do the same wonderful things in your community with your friends. Simply have your parents or legal guardian complete the required information on the form and click on the "Submit" button and we will receive and process your application to join the Only Hearts Club®!

Soon thereafter, you will receive your FREE Only Hearts Club Membership Kit in the mail! It includes all of the following items:

• Your official Only Hearts Club® membership card
  
• A copy of the Only Hearts Club® mini book titled It's Hard to Say Good-Bye, which tells the story of how the Only Hearts Girls™ formed the Only Hearts Club and what it means to "listen to your heart and do the right thing"
  
• An Only Hearts Club® bookmark and
  
• The Only Hearts Club® pledge.
